One Tough (and cute) Kid
On Wednesday, February 6th, Nadezhda (Gail's daughter) had a really long seizure, was life-flighted down to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake, and was there for several days. It was a very scary event for the family. At the hospital, they did lots and lots of tests to find out what caused it, and found that it was a febrile seizure, induced by a fever. I went down to SLC when it happened and was able to stay with them through their stay. Nadezhda did great in the hospital and is doing fine now, but it's still a scary thing because it is possible that this could happen again. For the complete story, check out Gail's blog. The hospital staff was amazing, there is something very special about that place! We were really impressed with everyone there. On the last day, our friend Melissa came to visit which was really nice. Here are some pictures from the week:

i am very sorry to hear about her, that is very sad. I must say, she is still freaking cute in her pics in the hospital - you (gail) and your husband make adorable kids!!
